Every deal should be broken down into separate stages that will allow you to navigate your way to closing as effectively as possible.
By default, iSEEit comes with six stages:
- Discovery
- Scope
- Go/No Go
- Proof of Concept (POC)
- Business Value Assessment BVA
- Negotiate & Close
